SHIPPING INFORMATION
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and is correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information or orders returned due to incorrect addresses.
All orders are subject to verification prior to processing and shipping.
We are required to complete a customs declaration with the retail value of the item(s) purchased, we cannot legally declare your order as a gift.
Items we cannot ship internationally are:
Hazardous Materials: Aerosol Spray and Lithium Ion Batteries, Lighters.
Orders of any of these products will be canceled in our system.
Some inventory on our site is held in our U.S official stores, which are not able toship internationally. If your order includes an item only available in a store we will send you an email notification.
The customer assumes the cost of any return shipping for refunds or exchanges.
During the order verification step we may contact you by email to request additional information.
We will always do our best to assist you, but we do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim through them.
Due to the impact of the epidemic and the different policies of different countries, express delivery cannot guarantee the accurate time limit.
Delivery

Foreign transaction costs

Our store prices are displayed in local currency, but will be converted to US dollars at checkout. All transactions are processed in US dollars through PayPal on the checkout page.
Cancel/Change
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship very quickly (we are fast!). Once our warehouse processes your order, we will not be able to make any changes.
